Nadine Singer

Managing Partner

Nadine received her law degree from New York Law in 1997.

She then worked as in-house attorney one of the worlds most respected companies, Goldman Sachs.

As her children grew, Nadine pioneered into an entire new industry, the business of managing Dental Services. From the beginning in 2005, Nadine held the positions of General Counsel, Assistant General Counsel, and Director Human Resources at one of the Northeast’s leading dental service organizations.

Over the past several years, Nadine’s focus has been on providing legal representation limited to only the dental industry.

In addition to managing and developing her practice, Nadine is involved in her community, helping with Board Roles on several not for profit organizations and charities, and leads many fund raising activities for the local school districts.

Nadine knows the true meaning of advocating for clients with passion and zeal, while understanding that transactional work needs patience and cooperation amongst all parties.

Nadine welcomes the opportunity to meet with clients to discuss how the Singer Dental Law Practice can help.

Scott Singer

Scott received his law degree from New York Law in 1997.

Immediately upon graduation, Mr. Singer worked in several of New York City’s largest law firms, where he sharpened his legal skills by working side by side with the nation’s finest attorneys and gained invaluable experience.

From 2002 to 2017, Scott held several key positions at one of the leading dental service companies in the Northeast. Those roles include General Counsel and Chief Executive Officer.

Scott is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at UPenn School of Dentistry and a lecturer at DSO events.
